How does your pricing work?

Pricing is tiered based on monthly orders and overages apply if that number is exceeded. Each add on is an additional monthly charge.  Linnworks Listing, Linnworks WMS, and Skuvault Enhanced Warehouse are also based on your number of orders.  Linnworks Forecasting is a flat fee.

How do I decide between packages?

Both our plans help fast growing retailers to eliminate manual process, reduce human error and get accurate inventory data to improve efficiency, increase sales and deliver great customer experiences.

Our SkuVault Core package is most popular with retailers making a switch from spreadsheets to get organized in the warehouse fast. The Linnworks Advanced package is ideal for retailers who need one centralized platform to manage ecommerce end-to-end from listing through to shipping and fulfillment and need automated order management.

Should I invest in onboarding? How much is it?

We also recommend investing in onboarding which is a one off fee calculated on your best fit package, the timing of your implementation and the resources you have available internally.

How do I know which add-ons I need?

The Linnworks Advanced product offers one comprehensive solution for all of your order management and automation needs.

If you want to add the ability to create and update listings across your key channels, add on the Linnworks Listing module.

When you’re ready to expand into more specialized warehouse management and workflows for your self-fulfilled orders, the Warehouse Management System will allow you to configure and run your physical warehouse with sophistication and automation.

When you want to take a step beyond spreadsheets and into true smarter ordering and replenishment, add on the Linnworks Forecasting module and leverage a number of pre-configured settings to get an edge on knowing exactly what you need, before you need it.
