CAREERS
Built by people who take growth seriously.

Every year, small and mid-sized brands use Linnworks to process 250M+ orders across 100+ sales channels – all from one place. You don’t need ecommerce experience to belong here. You need to care about getting the details right for the people who depend on it.
If that sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you.
“Every order that moves through Linnworks is somebody’s business. When a retailer’s operations fall apart at 500 orders a day, that’s not an abstraction to them — it’s their livelihood. We’re the reason it doesn’t fall apart. That’s worth doing well.”

Jon Bahl, Chief Executive Officer, Linnworks
Our mission and vision
We help brands and retailers grow by connecting inventory, orders, and fulfillment across 100+ channels so operations scale without spinning out of control.
Growth means more than just a number on a dashboard. It’s the foundation for the families and communities behind every retailer we work with.
Who we serve
We work with retailers at every stage of multichannel growth: sellers running things manually and looking to get out of spreadsheets, businesses outgrowing point solutions as order volume climbs, and established operations optimizing at scale across warehouses, channels, and geographies.

Life at Linnworks
Linnworks people are spread across time zones, but you wouldn’t know it from how the team works together. Teams run regular virtual socials, cross-functional show-and-tells, and in-person offsites throughout the year.
We show up outside the company too: at customer events and in our communities through volunteering.

Career growth
We’d rather grow people into bigger roles than hire around them. Internal promotion is the norm here, not the exception.
Every employee has access to a learning budget, coaching, and mentoring to help them get there.
- Internal promotions: openings are posted internally first
- Learning budget: an annual allowance for courses, certifications, and conferences
- Coaching and mentoring: paired support for employees stepping into new responsibility
- Leadership development: structured programs for people moving into management
- Stretch projects and cross-functional moves: the chance to work outside your core role and build new skills
Working remotely
Linnworks is remote-first. That’s not a policy we bolted on. It’s how the company is built, from how we run meetings to how we document decisions.
How we make remote work
Home office setup: a stipend toward the equipment and setup you need to do your best work
Communication: Decisions and context are written down, not held in someone’s head
Team meetups: in-person time built into the calendar, not left to chance
Travel: occasional travel for offsites, customer visits, or team meetups depending on role

AI at Linnworks
Curiosity is a trait we hire for. AI is rapidly changing how we work – and we’re curious about how we can leverage it to help us evolve and grow.
Across Linnworks, people use Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools: in engineering, for content and analysis, for customer insights, and for getting everyday work done faster.
We have deliberate guidance and guardrails in place for AI. And we encourage people to try it, learn what it’s good at, and be honest about what it isn’t.

Hiring process
Our process is built to be fast and clear. Most roles follow the same shape:
01
Recruiter conversation
A short call to talk through the role, your background, and what you’re looking for next.
02
Hiring manager interview
A deeper conversation about the role itself and how your experience maps to it.
03
Panel interview with candidate presentation
You’ll meet a small panel and walk through a prepared presentation or exercise relevant to the role.
04
Offer
If it’s a match on both sides, we move quickly to get you an offer.
Candidate FAQs
Linnworks is remote-first, however we do prioritize hiring in countries where we have a physical presence and headquarters, namely the United Kingdom, United States and Estonia. This helps us better facilitate a smooth hiring process and opens up more opportunities to connect team members in person.
Yes. We’d encourage you to apply again as your experience grows or a role that’s a better fit opens up.
Usage of AI during the hiring process is role and task-dependent. For the majority of hires, we have a panel and presentation component. For this task, we will typically set guardrails for when and where using AI is appropriate.
Linnworks provides you with a laptop to handle your day-to-day work. We also offer a home office improvement stipend to help you equip your workspace with the tools you need to be successful at home.
Candidate promise
We know interviews take time and energy. We’ll communicate clearly, respect your time, provide honest feedback whenever possible, and work to make every interaction with Linnworks a positive one, whether or not it ends in an offer.
