Yes. Using the Rules Engine and Custom Order Identifiers, you can automatically flag orders from known high-risk accounts. However, it will only identify “risky” orders based on criteria you set yourself, so it will depend on what identifiers make sense for your business. These orders can then be routed to tracked shipping service or held for evaluation in a specified review folder. Every flagged order is handled consistently, without relying on someone to catch it manually.
