From the 17th of June 2019 Linnworks Desktop will no longer support Windows Vista and Windows 7.

This summer, Linnworks will be upgrading its Desktop service to ensure every instance of Linnworks Desktop maintains a safe and secure connection to our servers.

With Windows Vista and Windows 7 being 13 and 10 years old respectively, neither operating system supports these newer connection methods by default. Microsoft stopped mainstream support for Windows Vista in 2012, and Windows 7 in 2015.

This means that from the 17th of July 2019 Linnworks Desktop will stop working on all Windows Vista and Windows 7 PCs.

In the three months leading up to this date, it is advised that you migrate to using Linnworks.net on any modern internet browser. Alternatively, we advise you to check every instance of Linnworks desktop you use and upgrade the operating system on these PCs to Windows 10.

For more information about this change, and advice on how to start using Linnworks.net, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
