Amazon Transparency Codes

Beta

To help you comply with Amazon’s requirements and ensure your buyers receive only authentic products, new functionality has been implemented to enable you to scan Amazon Transparency codes before processing orders. This change helps you safeguard your brand and avoid counterfeit sales by making sure every item that leaves your warehouses is genuine.

MLI (Multi-Location Inventory) Support for External Channels

We’ve launched new API endpoints that allow channels built by third-party developers to support Multi-Location Inventory (MLI). For more information, head to our developer documentation.

Back Market Support for Invoices with IMEI

Live

Sellers can now assign specific Invoice Templates to each Back Market channel integration and have invoices automatically upload to orders within 24 hours of shipping. Invoice Selection is now a part of setting up the Back Market channel. When adding a new Back Market Channel or editing an existing one, you can now select which template you would like to use. New Templates can be created in the Template Designer. Find out more here.

Listing Error Categorization

Live

Resolving multiple listing errors for eBay and Walmart has become easier. With automatic error categorization, you can speed up listing creation by quickly scanning through your listing errors. Listing error categorization gives you a clearer picture of the types of issues associated with a listing template and helps you focus on what should be resolved first.

Reporting and Analytics

K-Types by Stock Item Report Update

Live

To improve the transparency of your fitment data, three new columns have been added to the k-Type by Stock Item report: Culture, Include Years, and Exclude Years. With this update, you can now export more data related to the information you submitted for stock items. You can learn more about the updated report here.

New and Updated Lightspeed Integration

Live

With an updated Lightspeed integration, you can benefit from greater data accuracy, automation, and smoother workflows. The improved version offers on-account sales sync for better account management, bidirectional order and inventory sync to keep platforms aligned, and much more. Shopware v6

Live

This integration connects Shopware with Linnworks, enabling centralized order, inventory, and product management across channels. It syncs stock levels, prices, and tax details, imports orders with payment mapping, and updates dispatch info with tracking back to Shopware. Location mapping ensures accurate stock control, while inventory mapping links products for seamless automation, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability for multichannel eCommerce operations. Stream Shipping & Planning

Live

The Stream Shipping & Planning integration automates order syncing, shipping label generation, tracking updates, and delivery route planning. Orders assigned to Stream are sent every 15 minutes. Label printing, cancellations, and tracking are fully synced. Once routed in Stream, key delivery info updates back into Linnworks. If the service name includes “pickup,” it flags the order as an exchange and adds collection instructions for the driver. Click here to learn more.

Webflow

Live

The Webflow–Linnworks Integration automates your eCommerce operations by syncing customer orders from Webflow into Linnworks for fulfillment, tracking, and shipping management. It ensures inventory accuracy by updating stock levels in Webflow based on real-time data from Linnworks. Click here to learn more.

Amazon Customization App

Live

Automate the handling of Amazon custom orders directly in Linnworks. The Amazon Customisation macro retrieves customer-provided personalization details—such as engraving text, gift messages, or product options—from Amazon’s XML feed and adds them to Linnworks order notes automatically. This eliminates manual copy-paste, reduces errors, and ensures fulfillment teams always have the correct customization instructions for fast, accurate, and reliable order processing. Rules Engine – Items

Live

The first of our new rules is the Add an Item to an Order action, perfect for sellers who offer free gifts, samples, or promotional items. This action allows you to automatically add specific SKUs to an order when certain rule conditions are met, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Learn more.

Rules Engine – Notes

Live

This action allows you to automatically add custom notes to orders that meet your rule conditions. These notes can be used for internal communication, to provide processing instructions, or to pass information externally to customers or sales channels. Learn more.

This action allows you to automatically add service-based line items to orders—perfect for businesses offering additional services such as gift wrapping, assembly, or custom packaging. Learn more.

To give you even more precise control over your automated workflows, we’ve added a few new conditions to the Rules Engine: Is merged, Order has been split, and Order created by split. Learn more about conditions.

Shipping Management

De Minimis Exemption Changes

Live

As of August 29, 2025, the United States has eliminated its longstanding de minimis exemption. This means all shipments that enter the U.S., including low-value parcels at $800 or less, are now subject to customs duties, taxes, and formal entry processes, significantly increasing complexity for import operations. All shipments must now include full customs details, including HTS codes, commercial invoices, and other data. 
We have updated several shipping integrations to comply with the new regulations. Please see this article to learn more about how this change may affect you or the shipping carriers you use.

Listing Errors Export

Live

Resolve your product listing errors quickly with improved visibility into what needs fixing. You can now export files with up to 500 listing errors for eBay and all GLT (Generic Listing Tool) channels, including Amazon, Shopify, and many more. Find out more here.

Attribute Export Update

Live

Speed up the process of filling the gaps in the listing attributes. The improved Attribute Export will now indicate which attributes are compulsory, desired, and which are optional. Find out more here

Location-Based Exclusions for Shopify, Magento, and TikTok orders

Live

You can now disable order downloads for specific locations with Linnworks. This means unwanted orders (or parts of them) are automatically ignored, streamlining your workflow. This feature is now available for Shopify, TikTok and Magento (with multi-store enabled). Find out more.

Adding Notes to Multiple Orders

A new feature is now live that allows you to add the same order note to multiple selected orders at once.

To add notes in bulk: Right-click on your selected orders > Other actions > Add note to orders.

Shippo Tracking URLs

Live

You can now track the status of shipped parcels by clicking the link directly under the Processed Orders screen. You can also let your buyers track the status of their parcels by adding a tracking URL tag to your Despatch Notification emails. Find out more about how tracking URLs work here.

Returns Flow by Smartcode

Live

Returns Flow streamlines your returns and refunds process directly within Linnworks. Quickly search orders, create RMAs, and process refunds with a user-friendly interface. Full support for USB barcode scanners enables fast and accurate item scanning, reducing manual entry and errors. Maersk Shipping by Smartcode

Live

Connect your Maersk account to Linnworks to streamline your shipping process. This integration lets you book Maersk services, select rates, print shipping labels, and automatically submit tracking details back to Linnworks. Ideal for managing international and domestic shipments. This is a 3rd party integration maintained by Smartcode. To set up, request API credentials from your Maersk account manager and follow the setup guide in the documentation. Find out more here.
