Multiple deliveries for a single PO

Live

You can now manage multiple deliveries for a single PO separately in the Purchase Orders screen, making it easier to streamline the workflow and reduce the chance of mistakes. Find out more here.

Shopify Auto-select Configurator(s)

Live

When using the Update function in the Extract Inventory screen, you will now find an additional feature within Update Inventory Items > Listing Template called Auto-select Configurator(s). This feature allows you to create listing templates in Linnworks for selected items. Afterwards, you can use these templates to create new listings on your Shopify selling channel using item information available in Linnworks. Discover more here.

Beta

Tesco, the largest online grocer in the UK are now opening their ‘doors’ with a new marketplace where customers can benefit from an extended range of brands and products. At Linnworks, we’ve teamed up with Marketplacer to offer a Tesco channel integration where you can reach new customers while keeping control of your inventory levels across all your selling channels. Export Shipping Labels Macro

Live

The Export Shipping Labels application includes three different macros that allow you to instantly export shipping labels printed in Linnworks to external locations such as  FTP, SFTP or Dropbox. This allows warehouse workers to print shipping labels for orders without needing to access Linnworks. This macro is now available to install from the app store. Live

Automatically assign the most suitable box for a package by comparing item volumes and weight. The app intelligently divides packages and assigns boxes accordingly. This app lets you seamlessly send an encoded string of the created inventory view to teammates, allowing them to import the exact same inventory view into their accounts. QuickBooks

Beta

We have launched our own free integration to QuickBooks Online, available now in the app store. The integration automatically updates your QuickBooks Online account with information from Linnworks. Sync order details, customer details, inventory details, purchase order and supplier details into QuickBooks Online. View documentation.

WooCommerce API Upgrade

We have upgraded to the latest version of the WooCommerce API to support our existing integration and offer our integration users the best experience. A requirement of this API upgrade is for all WooCommerce users to update their WooCommerce site to a version of 5.8 or later. We recommend updating to the latest WooCommerce version – 8.7.0.

UPS Authorisation Update

We have upgraded to the latest version of the UPS API, which supports a more secure authorisation model. UPS users will need to reauthorise this integration to benefit from the latest updates and continue printing labels. Check out this article for more details.

This macro runs as an action of the Rules Engine. It allows for the manual reduction of discounts by a specified value provided by the client and facilitates the modification of discounts for items in the item line of order with a 100% discount applied. Live

You can now send an order confirmation email including an invoice attachment to the billing email address contact. This can be set up using the “Dispatch Notification” (Billing) template in the email notification screen.

XML Dispatch Date Import Macro

Live

The XML Dispatch Date Import macro helps you extract the delivery date from an order’s XML file and save it as the Dispatch By Date in order details. You can also adjust the Offset to ensure the Dispatch By Date is earlier than the delivery date. This macro can be useful when you need to schedule orders (e.g. gifts or flowers) for delivery on particular dates instead of sending them out immediately.

Missing Phone Number and Email

Live

The Missing Phone Number and Email application contains a macro that runs as the Rules Engine action. This macro automatically fills in the shipping address, phone number and email in the open order details with the default one from the preset configuration if it was initially empty.

Package Splitter

With Rishvi’s automation app integrated into Linnworks, splitting packaging within orders is as easy as clicking the “Split” button and specifying the desired number of parcels. The app swiftly processes the request, intelligently dividing the orders based on quantity, ensuring optimal packaging without the need for manual intervention. 

This seamless process enhances efficiency and accuracy in order management, empowering users to meet customer demands effectively while streamlining operations. This app is now available to install from the app store. Please note, this app has a monthly subscription fee.

Contact Details

Live

The contact details section in the personal details settings have been updated with new additional fields. They are now full name, phone number, responsibilities and job role. These extra details will allow us to verify your identity easier when assisting you with any support queries. Find out more here.

Linnworks login method – 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) update

Live

The Linnworks login method allows your users to directly log into Linnworks using the credentials of their Linnworks account (email and password). 2FA adds an extra layer of security to accounts, making them less likely to be compromised.

Enforcing 2FA will require all users to use 2FA for successful login. If users have not set up 2FA, they will be prompted to do so during their next logging attempt. 
Please note that disabling this setting will not disable 2FA for users who have already set it up. We’ve added a warning message in this section of the general settings to make that clear. You can find out more about login methods here.

Mobile

Pre-fill next tray

Live

Your warehouse team can now see which tray they should put an item into before they scan the item’s barcode, preventing them from putting it into a new or wrong tray.
