This month’s updates focus on expanding shipping capabilities, improving listing visibility, and enhancing integrations. From the rollout of our new FedEx integration to new apps and marketplace improvements, here’s what’s new in Linnworks.
Shipping Management
New FedEx Integration
Live
Our new FedEx integration has passed certification and is now available to all customers. Built on FedEx’s modern REST API, it replaces the legacy Web Services integration.

Amazon FBM Ship+ Support
Live
Support for Amazon FBM Ship+ is now live, helping you identify and process eligible orders more efficiently.

- Easily identify eligible orders with a new order identifier
- View “FBM Ship+” shipping services and cashback directly in shipping quotes
- Total price includes cashback automatically, with no manual calculations
Listings
Listings Hub
Beta
Listings Hub is now available for users with Enhanced Listings access, providing a centralised view of your eBay templates across regions and channels.

- Track template status across all eBay regions in one place
- Make faster updates without switching between views
- Reduce manual work and repetitive actions
Channel Integrations
Shopify GraphQL Integration
Live
We’ve upgraded our Shopify integration to Shopify’s new GraphQL API, delivering faster performance and access to enhanced capabilities. The rollout is being released progressively to customers over the coming weeks.
Why this matters
- Order downloads are now up to 5x faster and more reliable
- Support for multi-fulfilment orders
- Improved handling of POS orders
- Additional improvements for presentment currency, taxes, and duties
- Built on Shopify’s latest, future-ready API
To benefit from these improvements, existing Shopify sellers will need to upgrade their integration. As part of this process, some settings should be reviewed before upgrading. See the guide below for full details and instructions.

A new TikTok shipping integration designed to help UK sellers adapt to platform changes and optimise fulfilment.

- Free to use (carrier charges may apply)
