Export My Inventory

Live

You can export specific SKUs and their attributes linked to a particular Configurator by using a new Export directly via the My Inventory screen. Find out more here.

eBay Errors

Live

To make the process of fixing eBay listing errors easier, you can now export the list of errors for up to 500 listing templates. Find out more here.

Set Dispatch Date Rule

Live

Our new Set Dispatch Date action in the Rules Engine allows you to automatically determine and apply dispatch dates and times for your orders, directly based on when the order was received in Linnworks. This is just one of several new Rules Engine actions we’re rolling out. Find out more here.

Amazon Listings – Offer Only Setting

Live

You can now enable an offer‑only mode when using the Amazon Configurator. Simply tick this option to quickly create listings that match existing Amazon catalog products, requiring fewer attributes and less data to list your items. Find out more here.

Amazon Listings – Swatch Image Position Support

Live

You can now choose which image to display as the swatch for variation items. By default, the first image is used, but you can easily select a different image from the drop‑down menu. Find out more here.

PII Redaction for Temu & Argos

Live

Our API now supports configurable PII (Personally Identifiable Information) retention periods for Temu and Argos. This means Temu and Argos can specify how long we should keep personal data before redacting it – whether that’s a few months or several years. Find out more in our API docs here.

Tradebox

Live

Tradebox is a UK-based desktop application designed to automate ecommerce accounting for online retailers. Tradebox seamlessly integrates Linnworks with Sage 50 and Xero Accounts, eliminating the need for manual data entry and removing costly data entry mistakes. Tradebox offers flexible accounting options, allowing users to generate individual invoices for each online order or batch invoices summarising sales, by channel, over any given period. Expected Attribute Values Export

Live

It is now possible to easily determine what attribute values are expected for marketplaces before creating listings. You can use the export functionality within the Configurators screen to get a list of the expected attribute values for a specific listing Configurator. Find out more here. Amazon Listings Tool Upgrade

In Beta

We’ve updated our Amazon integration to the latest API version to ensure a consistent and reliable connection with your Amazon Seller Central account(s). The updated functionality enables users to push listing updates to Amazon quicker, make faster decisions on what optional and compulsory attributes need to be added, and resolve issues with listings that have errors more easily. You can find more information on the migration process here.

Amazon Auto Repricing Attributes

Live

We now support Amazon’s new repricing functionality via our Listings tool, which can increase the chance of winning the Buy Box on Amazon. Let the system do the heavy lifting by automatically adjusting your listing prices to beat the competition and save money. Your listing prices always stay within your minimum and maximum price range and are automatically adjusted per the pricing rule whenever other sellers raise or lower the prices for the same listing offers.

We’ve introduced new developer settings that give you greater control in order to improve the experience for Linnworks customers. The new updates enable you to:

• Easily define price tags for external channels.
• Hide unnecessary configuration settings, ensuring sellers only see what’s relevant

EVRi Parcel Locker Delivery Service

Live

Linnworks now supports a EVRi Parcel Locker delivery service for Shopify orders. EVRi offers a ParcelShop Finder app for marketplaces like Shopify, letting buyers choose a ParcelShop or ParcelLocker. Find out how to use this feature in Linnworks here.

Conjura is an ecommerce analytics & reporting application, consolidating data from OMS, ecommerce, GA4, and marketing platforms into easy-to-use dashboards. Listings

Import and Export Functionality

In Beta

With the new listing Attribute Export functionality, you can easily fix listing errors by editing the attribute values and by adding missing attributes in bulk. You can also take advantage of the Updated Import Functionality to speed up the process of updating listing data with new values. The system will automatically map attributes in the file with the respective Extended Properties in the system. These features are only available in our enhanced Listings module. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to find out more.

Updated Navigation

In Beta

You can now find your listing configurators under a dedicated side menu called “Listings”. This updated location makes it faster to access all your listing tools and manage configurators for all supported channels in one place. Find out more about our enhanced Listings module here.

Shipping Management & Integrations

Windsor Framework

Live

As part of the new arrangements agreed under the Windsor Framework, the existing UK Trader Scheme (UKTS) will be replaced by a new UK Internal Market Scheme (UKIMS) on May 1st. To comply with the new arrangements for parcels moving from Great Britain to Northern Ireland, the required commercial and product data can now be imported into Linnworks. DHL Parcel UK Delivery Choice Services

Live

Linnworks now supports delivery verification services for DHL Parcel UK. These include:

• Age Verification
• PIN Verification
• Signature
• Posted i.e. the delivery can be left in a letterbox without requiring a signature

EasyPost Address Validation

Live

Linnworks now supports EasyPost’s Address Validation API feature. Up to 20% of packages struggle to get delivered due to errors in address validation. Typos, missing suite numbers, and incorrect postal codes all make address validation difficult. EasyPost’s Address Verification API provides your customers with the best purchase experience by validating addresses and ensuring deliverability. Find out more here.

Live

ArrowXL is the largest two-person home delivery and warehousing specialist in the UK, with a focus on bespoke services centred around a customer-first approach. With over 40 years of experience, ArrowXL have completed millions of deliveries on behalf of some of the UK’s leading retailers, e-tailers, and manufacturers. Product Assembly

Live

This application is designed to help you manage stock levels for products and materials used in assembly. It ensures accurate inventory updates by automatically adjusting stock when you create Main Products from Material Products. This application is now available to install from the Linnworks app store with a monthly subscription fee. Find out more here.

AliExpress Channel Integration

Live

AliExpress is a leading global e-commerce platform offering a vast selection of products ranging from electronics and fashion to home goods and accessories. The integration will allow you to download and manage orders as well as manage your product line. Find out more here.

iOmniC App

Live

iOmniC is a simple and affordable solution for you to scale your business to multiple marketplaces online and connect your data between platforms. iOmniC provides near real-time connectivity between multiple ecommerce systems, marketplaces, CRMs and ERPs. The iOmnic application is now available to install from the Linnworks app store. Please note this application has a monthly subscription fee.
