Listing Management
Multiple Product Matches (Amazon & Walmart)

We’ve improved how product match statuses are displayed for Amazon and Walmart listings.
If a listing template has more than one possible product match, you’ll now see a clear “Multiple matches” status. While the system still assigns the first product by default, you now have better visibility and control when multiple matches exist.

Extract Description for eBay Listings

You can now extract product descriptions directly from your existing eBay listings.

- Significantly simplifies onboarding

Channel Integrations
Back Market – Serial Number Scanning Support
Live
We’ve expanded our Back Market integration to support scanning serial numbers for devices like tablets, laptops and AirPods, building on our earlier IMEI support. This update removes a common onboarding blocker and strengthens seller protection, especially important for consumer electronics sellers.
Why this matters
- Back Market requires IMEIs and Serial Numbers to protect sellers in claims
- Missing data can result in buyers being favoured during disputes
- Providing this information is a key requirement for onboarding into Back Market’s New Battery and Premium programs
BigCommerce Price Sync Improvements
Live
Following customer feedback, we’ve significantly improved price sync performance for BigCommerce. Prices are now synced in batches instead of one by one and sync speeds can be up to 50x faster. These improvements ensure the Linnworks platform can scale with even the most dynamic pricing strategies.
