Shipping Management
New Parcelforce integration
Live
Parcelforce and Royal Mail have merged to operate a single, unified delivery network. To support this industry-wide change, Linnworks has introduced a new Parcelforce integration As part of this update, Parcelforce services have been aligned with Royal Mail, resulting in new service codes, updated service names and the deprecation of some services.
The legacy integration has now been discontinued and our team will closely support customers throughout the migration process. Click here for more details and FAQs.
Royal Mail label cancellation limit removal

Following the change implemented by Royal Mail to manage unmanifested or cancelled labels entering their network, we’ve removed the label cancellation limit from our end. You can now cancel any number of Royal Mail labels without encountering errors. Find out more here.

Higher image limit for eBay and BigCommerce

Enhance your listings and increase sales potential as the limit for images on eBay and BigCommerce listings has been increased from 12 to 24. Find out more here.

Inventory Management
Improved My Inventory search performance
Live
Save time on your daily routine of searching for products in the My Inventory screen. The improvements in search performance have resulted in a 71% decrease in processing time.
Shipping Management
Additional document printing
Live
You can now have more visibility into your shipping documents printed via Linnworks Mobile. After printing a shipping label, you’ll be able to view any customs documents generated in the background by tapping the Additional Documents button. From there, the PDF document can be sent to a printer for printing.
Listing Management
Default value search optimization
Live
Save time searching for the needed Default values for your listing attributes by entering the name of a value instead of having to scroll down the list.

OTTO by Patternica
Live
Automate and streamline operations between your OTTO sales channel and Linnworks. The integration enables downloading OTTO orders, sending dispatch confirmations back to the sales channel, and sending stock updates from Linnworks to OTTO to maintain accurate inventory levels. It ensures operational accuracy, reduces manual effort, and supports real-time communication between the two systems.

New, Secure OAuth Support for Microsoft & Google
Live
We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to how we connect with your email provider, significantly boosting security and reliability. We now support the industry-standard OAuth protocol for connecting to your Google and Microsoft email accounts. Learn more here.
Instructions: You will be prompted with either a “Switch to Google Mail” or “Switch to Microsoft” alert on screen. Please follow the instructions step by step. Head to your Email Settings in Linnworks and click ‘Edit’ on the email account you wish to upgrade.

PackageSplitter by Patternica

The PackageSplitter application streamlines your packing process by automatically assigning each unique item (SKU) to its own individual package. Using an item’s extended properties, you can define the maximum quantity of identical items that can be packed together. Click here to learn more.
RoyalMail Carrier Rates for the Shippo app

The Shippo app now offers full access to Royal Mail’s Tracked services without needing your own Royal Mail account.
Magento MSI Stock Sync by Patternica

The app is designed to facilitate efficient stock management by comparing stock levels on specific Magento sources with those on one or several Linnworks locations.
