Order Management
Spotlight AI – Dismiss Recommendations
Live
You can now manage Spotlight AI recommendations by dismissing them, giving you more control over what you see and act on.
Why this matters
- Dismiss banners to hide notifications without removing recommendations
- Dismiss individual recommendations to remove them from your count
- Recommendations refresh regularly, ensuring you always see the latest automation opportunities
Add Extended Properties to Picklists & Invoices

You can now add item extended properties to your picklists and invoices, displaying additional product details directly in your templates.

eBay Templates Page – New Experience

The new eBay Templates page experience is now in Beta, delivering significantly faster load times and improved usability. It also includes enhanced filtering, column pinning and saved views for a more flexible workflow.

Wayfair “Use Ship Speed” Option

We’ve added a new “Use Ship Speed” option to the Wayfair integration, giving you control over whether ship speed details are included when downloading orders.

Royal Mail – New Services Added

We’ve added three new Royal Mail OBA services for shipments to the USA, all supporting Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), where duties are handled by Royal Mail:
- BZU: International Business Parcels Tracked PDDP Extra Compensation
- BZW: International Business Large Letter Untracked PDDP
- BZX: International Business Large Letter Tracked PDDP

- Simplifies shipping to the USA with duties handled upfront
- Reduces risk of delivery delays or unexpected charges for customers
- Provides more flexibility with international service options
New FedEx Integration

We’re transitioning to a new FedEx integration built on their modern REST API, replacing the legacy Web Services platform.

PickScan by Smartcode
Live
PickScan is a new mobile warehouse scanning app for Linnworks, enabling efficient picking, packing, and stock management using handheld devices.

This app is now available in the Linnworks app store via subscription based on the number of devices.

This month’s updates focus on improving performance and giving you more flexibility in your day-to-day workflows. From a dramatically faster eBay Templates experience to more control over invoice and label printing, plus new ways to manage eBay listings and receive large warehouse transfers more efficiently, here’s what’s new in Linnworks.
Inventory Management
Receive All Selected for Warehouse Transfers
Live
We’ve introduced a Receive all selected option for warehouse transfers, making it faster to book in large shipments. Simply select multiple items using the new checkboxes and receive them in one action, rather than marking each line individually.

- Automatically assigns items to the selected binrack location
- Speeds up receiving for large transfers
- Reduces manual clicks and repetitive actions
Listing Management
Multiple Listing Titles and Prices Import (eBay)

We’ve introduced a new Multiple Listing Titles and Prices import type to simplify the process for automotive sellers to list their parts with different titles and prices. This makes it easier to test different keywords, fitment descriptions or pricing strategies for the same product.
Why this matters
- Supports common use cases for Automotive Parts & Accessories sellers
- Makes it easier to test different listing strategies at scale using CSV imports
Sellers can upload a CSV via Settings → Import Data to add or update multiple titles and prices for a specific eBay SubSource.
Order Management
“Label on New Page” for Invoice Templates
Live
We’ve added a new “Label on new page” option in the template designer, allowing invoices and shipping labels to be printed separately. You can now choose between separate page printing or the existing integrated shipping label format.

- Supports sellers that require separate invoice and label printing
- Maintains flexibility with the existing integrated format
- Provides clearer guidance with helpful in-product hints
Channel Integrations
eBay Templates Page – New Experience
Closed Beta
We’ve introduced a new Templates page experience for the eBay channel, delivering significantly faster load times and improved usability. During beta testing, large datasets loaded over 4x faster and medium datasets more than 11x faster. The update also introduces enhanced filtering, column pinning and saved views for a more flexible interface.
Why this matters
- Faster load times reduce waiting and improve productivity
- Status filters now apply across all templates, not just one page
- Saved views and pinned columns create a more efficient workflow
The feature is currently available to a small group of users as we validate performance ahead of a wider rollout.

Multiple Product Matches (Amazon & Walmart)

We’ve improved how product match statuses are displayed for Amazon and Walmart listings.
If a listing template has more than one possible product match, you’ll now see a clear “Multiple matches” status. While the system still assigns the first product by default, you now have better visibility and control when multiple matches exist.

Extract Description for eBay Listings

You can now extract product descriptions directly from your existing eBay listings.

Channel Integrations
Back Market – Serial Number Scanning Support
Live
We’ve expanded our Back Market integration to support scanning serial numbers for devices like tablets, laptops and AirPods, building on our earlier IMEI support. This update removes a common onboarding blocker and strengthens seller protection, especially important for consumer electronics sellers.
Why this matters
- Back Market requires IMEIs and Serial Numbers to protect sellers in claims
- Missing data can result in buyers being favoured during disputes
- Providing this information is a key requirement for onboarding into Back Market’s New Battery and Premium programs
BigCommerce Price Sync Improvements
Live
Following customer feedback, we’ve significantly improved price sync performance for BigCommerce. Prices are now synced in batches instead of one by one and sync speeds can be up to 50x faster. These improvements ensure the Linnworks platform can scale with even the most dynamic pricing strategies.
