How QuickBooks integrates with Linnworks:
Ecommerce accounting made simple.
- Processed orders from Linnworks will sync to QuickBooks
- Paid orders in Linnworks will generate QuickBooks Invoices. Orders are synced once they are processed so that all fees and taxes with the finalised order are sent to QuickBooks.
- Unpaid orders from Linnworks will create QuickBooks Invoices. QuickBooks will create an invoice which can be tracked through to payment at a later date.
- Linnworks will be the master for Inventory. Key data included in the inventory sync includes: SKU, Item name, Price and Quantity on Hand.
- Items from Linnworks orders will be automatically created in QuickBooks if they do not exist.
- Changes in your stock count will be synced to QuickBooks, including when items are returned.
- Supplier syncs and create Vendors in QuickBooks.
- Changes in stock count will be synced to QuickBooks, including when items are returned.
- Customer data is synced as part of the order data, customers will be unique based on email and then by name.
