How FR-Logistics unified inventory and orders across multiple client brands and cut fulfillment time by 50% with Linnworks
New commerce connects
Find out how Linnworks can help grow your business.
FR-Logistics is a specialist Amazon SPN-certified 3PL serving e-commerce brands and Amazon sellers across Latin America. Before Linnworks, running multiple client brands across Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy meant every day started with manual reconciliation — and every channel had its own version of the truth. By implementing SkuVault by Linnworks, FR-Logistics unified its entire operation: fulfillment time dropped by 50%, data-entry errors fell by 95%, and client FBA prep volumes scaled from tens of units a month to thousands.
About FR-Logistics
Founded in July 2024, FR-Logistics, Inc. operates from a 2,000 sq ft fulfillment center in Doral, Florida — a location chosen deliberately. Doral sits at the crossroads of US domestic logistics and Latin American trade, making it a natural gateway for the e-commerce brands and Amazon sellers the business serves.
FR-Logistics handles Amazon FBA prep, FBM, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment, storage, and kitting for e-commerce brands across Latin America. As Owner and Operations Manager, Jose Fuentes puts it: “We act as the operational backbone for sellers who need their inventory received, prepped, stored, and shipped — without the overhead of running their own warehouse.”
FR-Logistics holds Amazon SPN certification — a credential rare among 3PLs of its size, and a meaningful signal of operational credibility to the sellers who rely on it. The business operates bilingually, understands the cross-border realities its Latin American client base faces, and structures its pricing to match: no monthly fees, pay-per-service, and the first month of storage free.
What gives FR-Logistics an edge most 3PLs don’t have is perspective. Jose also runs JDK Network LLC, a parallel Amazon seller business that operates on the same marketplaces his clients use. The operation understands the seller’s challenges from the inside. As he puts it: “We understand the seller’s pain because we live it ourselves.”
The challenge: Fragmentation at every stage
Managing multiple client brands across Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy creates one fundamental problem: every channel wants to be its own source of truth. Without a warehouse management layer tying them together, none of them agreed with what was physically in the building.
An order placed on one channel wouldn’t reduce available stock on another. Picks weren’t tied to bin locations. Inventory counts drifted quietly out of sync between what the channels reported and what the warehouse held. The only way to bridge that gap was daily manual reconciliation — work that consumed hours, produced nothing for clients, and introduced the exact errors a 3PL can least afford: overselling, mis-picks, and stock counts that couldn’t be trusted.
“Every sales channel wanted to be its own source of truth, and we spent our days reconciling them by hand”
— Jose Fuentes, Owner & Operations Manager, FR-Logistics
For a business built on the promise of accuracy and reliability, that fragmentation was more than an operational inconvenience. It was a direct threat to client confidence — and a ceiling on how far the business could scale.
Finding the right solution
Jose brought more than 20 years of logistics experience to the search. He knew exactly what he needed: not a tool to manage the complexity, but one that would eliminate it. A system at the center of the operation that imposed order on the channels — rather than the other way around.
The criteria were clear from the start:
• Multi-channel order management — Amazon, Shopify, and Etsy feeding into one unified queue
• True warehouse management — real bin locations, pick/pack/QC workflows, inventory that deducts the moment a unit moves
• Clean integration with ShipStation for label generation
• Per-channel sync configuration, so each client brand could be set up independently without affecting the others
• A clear API and reliable infrastructure, for a technology-forward operation already planning to build its own client portal and dashboards
After evaluating platforms used across the 3PL and Amazon-seller world, SkuVault by Linnworks stood out for one reason above all others: it was the only option that combined genuine warehouse management with multi-channel order management in a single platform. Most tools did one or the other. Linnworks did both, integrated cleanly with ShipStation, and didn’t fight the existing stack.
“Linnworks gave us what the individual channels could not — a genuine single source of truth for inventory and orders across the whole operation”
— Jose Fuentes, Owner & Operations Manager, FR-Logistics
A repeatable onboarding playbook
With multiple client brands to manage and no margin for error, FR-Logistics approached the rollout as a structured, phased process rather than a single switchover. The principle was simple: no client brand goes live until the setup is complete.
For every new client onboarded, the SkuVault setup follows the same defined sequence: SKUs created, sales channels connected, sync rules configured, bin locations assigned — in that order, before a single test order runs. What could easily become chaotic in a multi-client environment is instead a repeatable checklist. Onboarding a new client’s catalog is a project with a clear start and end point, not an improvisation.
One feature proved more valuable than expected. Per-channel sync configuration — initially treated as a straightforward one-time setup — became one of the most relied-upon parts of the platform. Being able to control exactly how each channel behaves, which channel owns orders, how inventory pushes back, and when stock gets reserved makes running several client brands from a single warehouse genuinely possible. Without that configurability, setups collide. With it, each client’s operation is isolated, predictable, and tunable without affecting anyone else.
The impact: 95% fewer data-entry errors
After implementation, the results were felt immediately. With inventory and orders running through a single system, the daily reconciliation that had consumed a meaningful share of every working day was gone. Picks tied to real bin locations. Stock deducted in real time. The whole team worked from the same data — and trusted it.
| Metric | Result |
| Inventory turnover | Doubled — to roughly 4x per year |
| Fulfillment time | Reduced by ~50% |
| Data-entry errors | Reduced by ~95% |
| FBA prep accuracy | 99%+ maintained |
One client’s trajectory captures what that means in practice. Their FBA prep volume grew from roughly 50 units a month to thousands — and the FR-Logistics operation absorbed that growth without breaking. No reconciliation backlog, no errors compounding under volume, no scramble to keep up.
For the FR-Logistics team, those hours saved from manual reconciliation were redirected into fulfillment, client onboarding, and growth. The team trusts the data in front of them, shifting the business from defense to offense — from spending energy protecting itself against its own fragmented data, to using that data to growprovides the scalability and reliability they need.
“Before Linnworks, every sales channel wanted to be its own source of truth, and we spent our days reconciling them by hand. Now we have one system that the whole operation runs on. That’s the difference between protecting ourselves from our own data and actually using it to grow”
— Jose Fuentes, Owner & Operations Manager, FR-Logistics
Building for what comes next
FR-Logistics is in an active phase of growth. The client base is expanding — with a particular focus on Latin American brands choosing Miami as their entry point into US ecommerce — and new service lines are in development alongside the core 3PL offering. A Master Case receiving service and EcoPack+, a sustainable package-reception program for local residents, are both in progress.
On the technology side, a client portal and KPI dashboards are being built on top of the synchronized data that Linnworks provides — giving clients real-time visibility into their own inventory and performance, with FR-Logistics’ infrastructure underneath. With the Linnworks setup as a defined, repeatable phase, FR-Logistics can take on more without adding complexity. The foundation is built to scale.
