Sell on more than one channel and three things get harder at once. Listings need constant per-channel upkeep, or they go stale and cost you sales. Order formats multiply with each new channel, slowing fulfillment. And one stock number has to hold true everywhere at once, or you oversell.

Veeqo and Linnworks both exist to solve that. But they start from different places.

Veeqo is Amazon-owned and shipping-first, built around pre-negotiated carrier rates, bulk label printing, and protection for your Amazon seller metrics.

Linnworks is an ecommerce operations platform that connects to 100+ sales channels and brings listings, orders, and inventory together in one place.

Which one fits depends on where your bottleneck actually is.

Veeqo fits if your bottleneck is shipping cost

With Veeqo, sellers get Amazon’s pre-negotiated pricing with Amazon Shipping, UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, and OnTrac.

Whether that saves you money depends on what you’re paying now. If you’re paying carriers’ standard published rates, Amazon’s pricing will likely save you money. If you have your own carrier contracts, you could already be paying less than Veeqo offers, and moving would hand over control of your rates.

You can connect your own carrier accounts to Veeqo and compare the two before deciding.

Amazon account protection is the other reason sellers pick Veeqo. Ship through Veeqo and your labels help protect your on-time delivery rate and valid tracking rate, and you get A-to-Z claim coverage on qualifying shipments.

If a suspended or throttled Amazon account is your nightmare scenario, that’s a real safeguard.

What the free plan covers

The Shipping tier is free and includes label buying, rate shopping, order routing, and shipping and sales reports. You get unlimited users, warehouses, and shipments, plus up to 5% back in Veeqo Credits.

You can view on-hand stock and pull inventory levels in from your channels, but you can’t push stock updates back out on the free tier. That capability is part of the Inventory plan, along with demand forecasting, purchase orders, digital picking, and warehouse transfers.

That plan starts at $19 a month and is priced on the seller-fulfilled orders you sync each month, so the bill moves with your order volume. FBA and MCF orders don’t count toward that total.

ERP integration, API consulting, and priority support require the High Volume plan, starting at $350 a month.

Linnworks fits if your bottleneck is the admin behind each new channel

Linnworks removes the per-channel work, so a new marketplace doesn’t arrive with a new listing process and a new order format attached.

Every connected channel reads inventory availability from a shared figure. If you sell the last one on eBay, it disappears from Amazon, Shopify, and Temu at the same moment, not whenever someone next updates a spreadsheet.

Orders are centralized too. Every channel’s orders land in one queue, in one format. And you can set rules to automatically route each order consistently, cutting your team’s manual work.

Once the basics are running, Spotlight AI goes looking for what’s still eating time. It reviews how your team actually works, flags which repetitive actions cost the most hours, and shows you how to automate them.

Shipping follows the same pattern. With 70+ carrier integrations, you can automate rate comparison and label printing.

The warehouse is also covered. Digital pick lists send pickers through the shelves in the most efficient order, and a barcode scan catches a mispick before the parcel is sealed rather than after a customer opens the wrong box.

Reporting closes the loop. It pulls in data from every connected integration, so you can see margin broken out by SKU and by channel.

Linnworks tailors pricing to each business’s actual needs. Plans are tiered on monthly order volume, not a cut of revenue or the number of channels you sell on.

How many marketplaces can each one reach?

Directory size decides whether testing a new channel is a configuration job or a development project.

That was the deciding factor for Marco Paul, a Scottish home and garden retailer running 20 marketplaces out of a 100,000 square foot warehouse, when it faced a glut of surplus stock.

The company decided to try Temu just to clear stock. Within months, Temu was one of Marco Paul’s top five revenue streams.

“We probably wouldn’t have joined without a direct integration with Linnworks,” Caitlin Barrett, Managing Director, said. “Not having a direct link between our live stock and a sales channel doesn’t work for us. We sell on too many platforms for this, and custom development builds are too expensive for SME businesses. We trade on 20 marketplaces, and Linnworks integrates with each one.”

Linnworks connects to 100+ sales channels, including TikTok Shop, Shein, and Temu, with most integrations free to add and quick to set up.

Veeqo’s directory is smaller and centered on the largest platforms: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shein, AliExpress, and Temu on the marketplace side, with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and Wix covering owned storefronts. A seller chasing a newer or regional marketplace is unlikely to find everything they need.

Can you manage listings from Veeqo and Linnworks?

Not on Veeqo, yet. Multichannel listings are marked “coming soon” on both the Shipping and Inventory plans. When the feature ships, the free Shipping tier is set to include 10 listings a month, with the Inventory plan, from $19 a month, removing that cap.

Linnworks includes listings management for the biggest marketplaces and storefronts. From one interface, you can create, edit, or delete listings across connected channels in bulk, reaching titles, descriptions, pricing, images, brand, colors, sizes, and dimensions. And any of those fields can vary per marketplace where a channel needs different copy.

Kits and bundles are built against a single SKU, so a bundle sale decrements each component and out-of-stock items get swapped automatically.

3PL and Amazon fulfillment in Veeqo and Linnworks

Carriers move parcels: UPS, FedEx, DHL. Third-party logistics providers are a different category: they hold and pick your stock, think ShipBob, ShipMonk, and independent regional warehouses. Amazon FBA and MCF sit outside both groups, since they’re Amazon’s own network.

Veeqo is strongest inside that Amazon network. FBA and MCF are native, and neither counts toward your chargeable order volume, which is a genuine cost advantage if most of your stock sits with Amazon. For independent 3PLs, Veeqo routes through a CartRover integration rather than connecting to each provider directly.

Linnworks connects directly to independent 3PLs including ShipBob and ShipMonk, and handles FBA alongside them: syncing FBA inventory, tracking FBA orders through to shipment, and managing inbound shipments into Amazon’s fulfillment centers.

Stock held at an external fulfillment center shows up in the same view as stock on your own shelves. That lets you promise availability on a channel without checking two systems to see whether the units exist. The Rules Engine decides which location an order goes to, so nobody assigns orders to warehouses by hand.

So which one fits your operation?

Choose Veeqo if Amazon is the bulk of your revenue, and you’ve never had the volume to negotiate carrier rates directly. Beyond that, you should only sell on a handful of channels that are already in its directory, and fulfill from your own warehouse or through Amazon’s network.

Choose Linnworks if you’re adding marketplaces, need bulk listing control today, or fulfill through independent 3PLs. That puts inventory, order, and warehouse management in one platform, with multichannel reporting across all three. You also get a broader range of carrier options and 100+ channel integrations.

If you’re building an operation that keeps adding channels, bring the list of marketplaces you want to sell on next year. We’ll show you what running them from one platform looks like.

FAQ

Is Veeqo really free?

The shipping features are free, with unlimited users, shipments, and warehouses. Inventory control, demand forecasting, digital picking, and unlimited listings sit on the Inventory plan, which starts at $19 a month and scales with the seller-fulfilled orders you sync. The High Volume plan, from $350 a month, adds ERP integration, API consulting, and a dedicated account manager. FBA and MCF orders don’t count toward your chargeable volume.

Does Veeqo support listing management?

Not yet. Veeqo’s roadmap has the free plan covering 10 listings a month, with the Inventory plan removing that limit once it ships. Linnworks doesn’t meter listings and supports bulk creation and editing across connected marketplaces today, including per-channel variations on titles, pricing, images, and attributes.

Can Linnworks handle Amazon FBA if I switch from Veeqo?

Yes. Linnworks syncs FBA inventory and tracks FBA orders through to shipment, and you can manage inbound shipments to Amazon’s fulfillment centers from the same place. Non-Amazon orders can be routed through Amazon MCF. FBA stock appears alongside your own warehouses and any independent 3PLs you use. Availability stays accurate wherever the inventory physically sits.

Which independent 3PLs do Veeqo and Linnworks connect to?

Veeqo’s third-party logistics category runs through its CartRover integration. Linnworks integrates directly with providers including ShipBob and ShipMonk. Rules you define route the orders, and stock held externally shows up in the same view as your own.

Does Linnworks do demand forecasting?

You can build purchase orders in Linnworks and automate replenishment against the reorder levels you set, which runs against fixed levels rather than alerts. Trend-based forecasting that reads demand patterns is available as an add-on to Linnworks Advanced, or through an Inventory Planner integration.
