A direct integration is a one-to-one connection between Linnworks and a single carrier, using your account with that carrier. An aggregator is one connection that gives you access to many carriers at once, which is useful for reaching regional or specialist carriers without setting each one up individually. Most retailers use a mix: direct connections for their main carriers, and an aggregator to extend coverage.
Yes. Linnworks connects to 3PLs, including ShipBob and CIRRO Fulfillment, and to Amazon FBA, so orders fulfilled by a partner connect the same way as orders you ship yourself. Fulfillment confirmations and tracking flow back automatically, so outsourcing fulfillment doesn’t create a visibility gap.
