Below are the answers to a few common questions we receive about the Linnworks pricing structure, and our 30-day free trial.

About Your Free Trial

There is no obligation to purchase anything before you enjoy the free 30-day trial. Simply register your account and begin exploring Linnworks. No credit or billing information is required to begin a free trial.
If your free trial ends, your data will be stored securely on our servers for at least 30 days. If you do not choose a paid subscription plan by then, it will be deleted from our system.

Pricing Enquiries

Linnworks offers a variety of pricing structures to the meet the needs of businesses of almost any size; ranging from a basic account for up to two users to an Enterprise or Corporate level account that can fulfil the inventory management needs of even the largest of organizations. Users are also given the option to create a “Pay as You Go” or 12 month contract plan, and all accounts can scale to different needs, to meet business demand.
Additionally, the Linnworks pricing structure is 100% inclusive, meaning that there are no hidden fees or monthly surprises on your invoice––what you see is what you pay.
Not at all, as long as you choose the monthly plan. Linnworks will bill you every 30 days at the agreed rate, and you can request cancellation to cease service and discontinue payments at the end of the current 30 day period. If you choose to commit to a longer period to save money, you'll be charged for a 6 or 12 month period at a reduced amount. If you request cancellation, service will end at the end of the period you paid for without refund if outside the 14 day period.

Account Enquiries

You can upgrade your level at any time, and raise your level there and then, changing your billing date. You can only lower your subscription once you have been at the current subscription level for 3 months.
There is no penalty for changing your subscription type, but it may change your billing cycle.
You are free to cancel your account at any time. While we hate to see you go, just email or live chat with our support staff to cancel your account.
Linnworks keeps your Anywhere database available for 30 days after you end your subscription, so you can simply login, subscribe again, and reinstall the Linnworks software. After this period, the data will be deleted from our servers.

Billing Enquiries

We offer a 14-day no quibble money back guarantee for new subscribers. So if you subscribe at the end of your trial, but change your mind in the first 2 weeks, request we cancel your account, and we will refund your subscription payment.
If you need to change your billing address or your payment methods, contact our support team Monday through Friday. We’re here for you 24 hours a day.
We do not grant partial refunds on six or twelve month contracts past the first 14-day new-user window. Partial refunds are not granted on month to month plans either.
When a six or twelve month contract expires, you are free to pay month to month or start a new contract–that’s completely up to you.

Technical Support

Our technical support team is available Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day.
Phone support is only available for Enterprise or Corporate Subscribers, and Live Chat support is available to PRO subscribers. All other tiers must use the ticket support system on our web-site.
