Linnworks keeps your Anywhere database available for 30 days after you end your subscription, so you can simply login, subscribe again, and reinstall the Linnworks software. After this period, the data will be deleted from our servers.

Linnworks is a Windows program, but we have users that run Linnworks on a Mac using Bootcamp to boot to Windows, or Parallels and a copy of Windows to run it within MacOS. Please see our installation documentation for more assistance.
Of course. You can login to your account at any time to check your current subscription level. You can upgrade your level at any time, and raise your level there and then by changing your billing date. The new payment will take into account the outstanding balance from your prior account payment. Your next billing payment will then be at the new level a month after the change, rather than on your old billing date. You can only lower your subscription once you have been at the current subscription level for 3 months.
Not at all, as long as you choose the monthly plan. Linnworks will bill you every 30 days at the agreed rate, and you can request cancellation to cease service and discontinue payments at the end of the current 30 day period. If you choose to commit to a longer period to save money, you'll be charged for a 6 or 12 month period at a reduced amount per month. If you request cancellation, service will end at the end of the period you paid for without refund outside the 14 day period. Remember you can still get a free trial, to make sure Linnworks is right for you.
