Action chains allow merchants to automate everyday workflow tasks and decisions. You will be able to chain together multiple actions under a single button. Save time and reduce manual errors.
Examples:
- Print multiple documents and process orders with a single click.
- Automatically skip orders that haven’t been paid, haven’t been printed, or are out of stock.

FBA Inventory dashboard

A new dashboard will provide visibility over stock levels and their status (such as Sellable, Unsellable, In Transit, Reserved, etc) for well-informed restocking decisions.
Warehouse Management

Reduce manual tasks and errors by automating when stock is available or restricted based on bin type. For example you can set it up so that returned items are restricted and don’t add to stock levels until you’ve processed them appropriately. Discover more here.
Onboarding Improvements

Warehouse Management users can now self-serve a few features that previously had to be done by Linnworks:
- Create Warehouse Management locations – Users can now enable Warehouse Management on a new location.
- Stock Migration – Users can now migrate their batched stock from a non-warehouse managed location to a warehouse managed location.
- Order and Consumption Migration – Existing users can now migrate 13 months of historical order data and utilize the replenishment feature to help manage stock with greater efficiency. Please note, this feature needs to be enabled by the onboarding team but users will be able to complete the migration themselves.

Gorgias

Merchants can now download the Gorgias beta app from our app store, The Gorgias application allows you to access and manage your orders through Linnworks. This is the system integration that provides access to external services such as reporting platform or customer management system.
