Twice a year, Linnworks brings you Linnovation, our dedicated event showcasing the latest product updates and our evolving vision for the future. Linnovation 3.0 was led by Diana Nolting, Linnworks’ Chief Product Officer, and filmed live at Linn Academy in June.

- 🔀 You can now easily determine what attribute values are expected for marketplaces before creating listings. *This feature is only available in our enhanced Listings module.
Ecosystem: new apps and services
Linnworks recently surpassed 200+ apps in the Linnworks App Store and launched a new Services Portal. Join Chris Ralph, Partner Services Manager, as he showcases the latest and greatest apps in the App Store and introduces the Services Portal.
This new portal is a dedicated space where you can can connect with experts to help you build bespoke applications within Linnworks. Explore the portal here.
More Updates
Recently, we’ve launched new integrations with Temu, Amazon Ireland & South Africa and AliExpress. Plus, we’ve refined our existing connections with essential updates to our Shopify integration, the Amazon Listings Tool and now support Walmart Multi-Location Inventory.
Security: keeping your data safe
The Linnworks platform has successfully renewed its ISO 27001 compliance, an internationally recognized standard for information security management. This significant achievement, validated by an independent, third-party audit, underscores the strength and stability of Linnworks’ security framework.
For retailers, this provides additional reassurance that your valuable data and critical operations are protected by a secure and resilient platform, allowing you to focus on growing your business with confidence.
Shipping: new shipping integrations and updates
Shippo Integration
Shippo was launched recently at linnacademy 2025, and enables Linnworks users to manage the entire shipping workflow: rate shopping, label creation, tracking, and returns, without ever leaving Linnworks.
EVRi Parcel Locker Delivery Service
Linnworks now supports the EVRi Parcel Locker delivery service for Shopify orders. EVRi offers a ParcelShop Finder app for marketplaces like Shopify, letting buyers choose a convenient ParcelShop or ParcelLocker. This expands your delivery options and provides greater flexibility for your customers.
Royal Mail UK Postcode Validation
Prevent issues with parcel deliveries to UK addresses with the new postcode validation feature. Linnworks will now flag orders shipped with Royal Mail with an error if the parcel destination postcode isn’t in the correct format. This helps ensure your packages reach their destination without delay.
Delivery Group Insurance Settings
Our Delivery Group integration now supports a setting called “Insurance Included”. When enabled, this option guarantees that insurance covering the full order value is applied when generating a shipping label for the selected service. This provides financial protection in case of loss or damage during transit.
