Connect every shipping carrier. Ship on your own rates.

Every carrier has its own portal, label system, and rates. Linnworks connects 70+ carriers using your own negotiated accounts, so every order routes, labels, and tracks through one place.

Shipping Carrier Integrations

Connected to hundreds of marketplaces and carriers

Your carriers, your rates, one connection.

Separate portals, separate label systems, separate rate cards. The more carriers you use to cover your regions and service levels, the more disconnected systems your team has to juggle.

Carrier rates

Shipping on standard carrier rates instead of the ones you’ve negotiated can be a drain on profitability. With Linnworks, you can connect your carrier accounts and keep your negotiated rates.

Carrier logins

Booking one carrier in one portal, then switching systems for another, wastes time and reduces your ability to focus on growth. With Linnworks, carrier and aggregator integrations bring 70+ systems into one place.

Adding a carrier

Adding a carrier can mean development work that slows expansion into new regions. In Linnworks, this is a simple step. One switch and you’re able to add new carriers.

How a carrier connection works.

A Linnworks carrier integration is a two-way connection: your rates and services come in, your labels and tracking go out.

Carrier Accounts

01

Connect your carrier accounts

Link your existing carrier accounts (FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, Royal Mail, DPD, EVRi, Amazon Shipping, and more) or connect through an aggregator. Your negotiated rates come with them.

Live Rates

02

Rules Engine

Connected carriers return live quotes for each order, so carrier selection works on real numbers rather than estimates. Using the Rules Engine, you can automate those choices to save time and money.

Spotlight AI

If your team members are making too many manual shipping decisions, Spotlight AI will identify the patterns and show you how to automate them.

Dispatch

04

Labels print and tracking flows back

A label is generated for the assigned carrier, and the tracking number is sent back to the originating channel automatically.

What’s included in Linnworks shipping integrations.

Direct carrier integrations

Connect directly to FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL Express, Royal Mail, DPD, EVRi, Amazon Shipping, Deutsche Post, and more, using your own carrier accounts.

Aggregator and multi-carrier integrations

Reach beyond direct connections through Shippo, ShipStation, EasyPost, Parcelhub, SmartConsign, and Sendcloud, with one connection covering many carriers.

Your own accounts and negotiated rates

You ship on the rates you’ve contracted with your carriers, not platform markups, so the discounts you negotiated stay yours.

Live rate retrieval

Connected carriers return live quotes per order, giving your team and automation rules real numbers to act on.

Tracking write-back

Tracking numbers flow back to the originating channel automatically once a label is created, with no manual copying.

3PL and Amazon FBA connections

Connect 3PLs like ShipBob and CIRRO Fulfillment, plus Amazon FBA, so outsourced fulfillment connects the same way as your own carriers.

Shipping integrations FAQs.

Get answers to our most asked questions about Linnworks shipping carrier integrations.

What carriers does Linnworks integrate with?

Linnworks integrates with 70+ carriers. Direct integrations include FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL Express, Royal Mail, DPD, EVRi, Amazon Shipping, and Deutsche Post, among others. Where a direct integration isn’t available, aggregator integrations such as Shippo, ShipStation, EasyPost, Parcelhub, SmartConsign, and Sendcloud extend the reach further. The full, current list lives in the integrations directory.

Can I use my own carrier accounts and negotiated rates?

Yes. You connect your existing carrier accounts and ship on the rates you’ve negotiated, rather than platform rates set by Linnworks. The discounts you’ve earned with your carriers stay with you. Linnworks is the system that books and labels against those accounts, not a reseller of shipping.

What’s the difference between a direct carrier integration and an aggregator?

A direct integration is a one-to-one connection between Linnworks and a single carrier, using your account with that carrier. An aggregator is one connection that gives you access to many carriers at once, which is useful for reaching regional or specialist carriers without setting each one up individually. Most retailers use a mix: direct connections for their main carriers, and an aggregator to extend coverage.

Does Linnworks integrate with 3PLs and Amazon FBA?

Yes. Linnworks connects to 3PLs, including ShipBob and CIRRO Fulfillment, and to Amazon FBA, so orders fulfilled by a partner connect the same way as orders you ship yourself. Fulfillment confirmations and tracking flow back automatically, so outsourcing fulfillment doesn’t create a visibility gap.

How quickly can I add a new carrier?

Adding a carrier is a configuration step rather than a development project. Once your account details are connected, the carrier is available to assign through your shipping rules — so expanding into a new region or service level is quick to switch on, rather than something you have to plan a project around.
