What if I go over the SKU limit?

Each Linnworks plan has a SKU cap. Should you exceed the cap, we will contact you directly, and provide some upgrade options that are more suited to your growing business.

What are your support hours?

We offer 24/7 support, so our team should be available to help you whenever you need us! All plans have access to support via our Live Chat service, as well as support tickets. You can also call our team on +44 20 3322 7375 (UK) or +1 347 391 2804 (US).

How do I upgrade my account?

To upgrade your Linnworks plan, login to your account at Linnworks.net and go to the subscriptions tab. If you're on the Business or Enterprise plan, then please contact us.

Are there any additional costs?

You will not be charged any hidden fees or commission. Should you exceed the order limit included as part of your chosen plan, you will, however, incur the cost of the additional orders used.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

In the event that you cancel your subscription, we will keep your data available on our servers for 30 days after your final renewal date. After this point, a backup of the data will be kept in secure storage for 60 days in case you decide to return. Please note that restoring databases from storage is a chargeable service.

Does Linnworks offer a money back guarantee?

If you subscribe for our software but choose not to use us for any reason within 14 days of your first subscription date, we'll be happy to refund your subscription fee. Please note, this excludes invoices for services (such as 3rd party apps, training, customisation or onboarding).
