Here's a recap of our most recent enhancements to the Linnworks platform that are helping our customers put total commerce control at the center of their business.
For many brands, reaching customers means adapting to multichannel commerce. Linnworks customers can quickly grow and adapt to more channels than ever before as we continue to expand our ecosystem of over 100 partners.
Even before the accelerated growth of ecommerce in 2020, marketplaces represented more than half of global online retail sales - meeting customers where they spend time requires brands to be present on key marketplaces.
In October we announced our full integration with Fruugo, the global online marketplace. Today our customers can list on Fruugo from within the Linnworks platform, with Fruugo managing all language, currency, sales tax and localisation and helping merchants of all sizes reach consumers in over 40 countries and grow their online presence.
Cross-border eCommerce continues to grow, and Linnworks now supports businesses selling to Swedish and Saudi Arabian customers through Amazon’s local sites, Amazon.se and and Amazon.SA.
Our goal is for customers to easily connect and automate operations and reduce the number of manual actions required to manage inventory, process sales across multiple channels and fulfill orders.
Linnworks now integrates with TNT, so Linnworks users can see the full range of fulfilment options TNT offers and file and print manifests within the platform
Achieving commerce control means knowing what’s happening within your business in real-time. Led by feedback from our most active users, the Open Orders BETA screen now updates orders in real time without needing to refresh. Actions like locking, parking, printing and processing are now instantly reflected on the order without the need to click the refresh button, meaning businesses always have an accurate and up-to-date record of order status.
In addition to this update, we’ve also made it easier to manage batched items in the Open Orders screen. Users can assign batches manually to whole orders and individual lines, or have the option of setting this automatically using the rules engine. Customers selling in multiple countries can also convert shipping, tax and order totals in local currency.
We heard feedback from our eBay users that they needed a way to strike off listings within Linnworks. Customers can now do this within the eBay channel mapping screen which cancels relists for items that won’t be renewed. What’s more, Linnworks now supports eBay’s Managed Payments system.
Another area of focus for Linnworks product teams is around a mobile first experience. With recent enhancements to our mobile interface customers can now view their Linnworks instance on a mobile device.
