Order Management

Spotlight AI – 2 New Automation Recommendations

We’ve introduced two new Spotlight AI recommendations to help automate repetitive order routing and fulfilment tasks. Like existing Spotlight AI actions, these recommendations identify manual processes already happening in your workflow and suggest Rules Engine automations to handle them automatically.

Why this matters

  • Automatically move orders between locations using Rules Engine recommendations
  • Automate fulfilment network routing for eligible orders
  • Reduce repetitive manual tasks and minimise operational errors
  • Free up time with smarter workflow automation

The new recommendations are now live for all users, with eligible accounts already beginning to receive suggestions.

Channels

eBay – Multi-Warehouse Support (US Marketplaces)

Beta

Multi-Warehouse support is now available for users migrated to the eBay Inventory API for eBay US marketplaces.

Why this matters

  • Improves inventory availability across warehouse locations
  • Assigns fulfilment centres at the item level using Extended Properties
  • Reduces manual listing management for multi-location stock

Shipping Management

Royal Mail – International Customs Updates

Beta

We’ve updated the Royal Mail OBA and Royal Mail Tracked integrations to support Royal Mail’s new international customs requirements and item categorisation changes.

Why this matters

  • New B2B and B2C customs categories for international shipments
  • CN23 customs forms will replace CN22 forms
  • New 4×6 thermal-friendly CN23 print format, with A4 still available
  • New “IsBusinessOrder” property to support B2B shipment automation

For Royal Mail integration customers, we recommend reviewing your Shipment Type and customs form settings to ensure a smooth transition. Customers shipping B2B orders can also update the respective automation rules for the new IsBusinessOrder property.

Our new FedEx integration has passed certification and is now available to all customers. Built on FedEx’s modern REST API, it replaces the legacy Web Services integration.

Listings Hub is now available for users with Enhanced Listings access, providing a centralised view of your eBay templates across regions and channels.

Channel Integrations

Shopify GraphQL Integration

Live

We’ve upgraded our Shopify integration to Shopify’s new GraphQL API, delivering faster performance and access to enhanced capabilities. The rollout is being released progressively to customers over the coming weeks.

Why this matters

  • Order downloads are now up to 5x faster and more reliable
  • Support for multi-fulfilment orders
  • Improved handling of POS orders
  • Additional improvements for presentment currency, taxes, and duties
  • Built on Shopify’s latest, future-ready API
