We’ve updated Linnworks to support eBay’s new standardised condition requirements for Coin categories in the US marketplace.

  • Validation prevents invalid listings before they’re submitted to eBay

Sellers listing in affected eBay Coin categories can now complete the new grading requirements directly within Linnworks.

Walmart Canada Upgrade

We’ve upgraded the Walmart Canada integration to support Walmart’s new unified API platform, helping ensure continued connectivity and improved long-term reliability.

Why this matters

  • Supports Walmart’s latest API platform across North and South America
  • Ensures uninterrupted syncing of orders and inventory following Walmart’s platform changes
  • Provides a more reliable, future-ready integration for Walmart Canada sellers

Existing Walmart Canada sellers will need to reauthorize their integration by July 31st 2026 to take advantage of the upgrade and maintain uninterrupted service.

Back Market DPD UK BackShip Collection Point Support

We’ve expanded our Back Market integration to support DPD UK BackShip Collection Point, giving sellers access to one of Back Market’s latest delivery options.

Automated Monitoring & Notifications for Unfulfilled Marketplace Orders

We’ve updated our Royal Mail OBA and Royal Mail Tracked integrations to support the latest EU customs requirements, incMonitor marketplace orders against your fulfillment SLAs with automated email alerts. The app scans open orders, identifies those exceeding a configurable age threshold, and sends scheduled HTML notifications with a CSV attachment.

Platform Improvements

We’ve delivered a number of enhancements across Linnworks to improve performance, reliability and day-to-day operations.

What’s improved:

  • Stock allocation for WMS locations during order synchronisation is now more reliable, reducing allocation delays and improving processing for high-volume accounts.
  • Batch Audit now includes a total batch quantity column, making stock reconciliation easier.

These enhancements make warehouse operations more reliable, helping you allocate stock more efficiently and reconcile inventory with greater accuracy.

Spotlight AI – 2 New Automation Recommendations

Live

We’ve introduced two new Spotlight AI recommendations to help automate repetitive order routing and fulfilment tasks. Like existing Spotlight AI actions, these recommendations identify manual processes already happening in your workflow and suggest Rules Engine automations to handle them automatically.

Royal Mail – International Customs Updates

We’ve updated the Royal Mail OBA and Royal Mail Tracked integrations to support Royal Mail’s new international customs requirements and item categorisation changes.

Why this matters

  • New B2B and B2C customs categories for international shipments
  • CN23 customs forms will replace CN22 forms
  • New 4×6 thermal-friendly CN23 print format, with A4 still available
  • New “IsBusinessOrder” property to support B2B shipment automation

For Royal Mail integration customers, we recommend reviewing your Shipment Type and customs form settings to ensure a smooth transition. Customers shipping B2B orders can also update the respective automation rules for the new IsBusinessOrder property.
