Order Management

Package Slip & Label

Live

You can now print Package Slips in Linnworks Order Management. These slips detail the specific items in each package. You can also configure the slips to automatically print a shipping label for each package at the same time. Watch a short demo or read the setup instructions.

Change Dispatch Delivery Date

Live

You can now change dispatch by dates across multiple orders at once, and set delivery windows for scheduled deliveries. Watch a short demo or read the setup instructions.

Auto Link by SKU

Live

To simplify order processing, we’ve implemented Auto Link by SKU. This will enable you to automatically link when the channel SKU matches a Linnworks SKU during order downloads and when new products are pulled from the marketplace. Find out more here.

Shipping Integrations

Delivery Group Insurance Settings

Live

Our Delivery Group integration now supports a setting called “Insurance Included”. When enabled, this option guarantees that insurance covering the full order value is applied when generating a shipping label for the selected service. This provides financial protection in case of loss or damage during transit. Find out more here.

Channels

TikTok Sunset (3rd party integration) and Switch

Live

We are discontinuing our third-party TikTok integration on April 24th. To ensure continued service and access to enhanced features, please switch to our fully supported Linnworks TikTok Channel Integration.

Shipping Management

Royal Mail UK postcode validation

Live

Prevent issues with parcel deliveries to the UK addresses with the new postcode validation feature. Linnworks will now flag orders shipped with Royal Mail with an error if the parcel destination postcode is not in the correct format.

You can now add refund reasons to orders for better insights. Easily categorize refunds with custom reasons like “damaged” or “late delivery” in Linnworks. Rackhams marketplace is the ultimate destination for online luxury and premium gifting, providing over 50,000 exceptional products from more than 500 brands. Live

Walmart Multi-Location Inventory

Live

Linnworks now supports Walmart Multi-Location Inventory, enabling you to advertise warehouse-specific inventory availability for each Walmart stock location separately. You can also configure your Walmart integration to save orders into different Linnworks warehouse locations based on the Walmart stock location. Find out more here.
