2. Prospect Signs Up
   Your referral must sign up for a yearly contract with Linnworks or SkuVault to qualify.
3. Earn Your Rebate
   Once the new customer’s contract is signed, you’ll receive a one-month rebate on your current package (up to £500 / $600 /€600)!

Welcome to the Linnworks and SkuVault Customer Referral Program. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Overview

• The Referral Program is designed to reward existing Linnworks and SkuVault customers with a rebate for referring new customers who successfully sign up for a one-year subscription.

 2. Eligibility

• Existing Customer: To qualify, the referrer must be an active, current customer of Linnworks or SkuVault, with a live account and ongoing, regular payments.
• Introduction Requirement: The referrer must introduce a potential new customer who is not already engaged with Linnworks either via email introduction or through form capture on a dedicated landing page.
• New Customer Sign-Up: The referred prospect must complete the sign-up process for a full one-year subscription to qualify the referrer for the rebate.

3. Rewards

• Rebate Offer: Eligible referrers will receive a rebate equivalent to approximately one month’s subscription on their existing service package.
• Maximum Value: The rebate is capped at a maximum value of £500, €600, or $600, whichever is applicable based on the referrer’s location.

4. Acceptance and Participation

• Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Linnworks and SkuVault reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

5. General Conditions

• Fraudulent or multiple entries will result in immediate disqualification.
• Linnworks and SkuVault retain the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals and referrers.
• All decisions made by Linnworks and SkuVault regarding the program are final.
• For applicable data protection purposes, if you are providing any personal data (such as name), please ensure you have that individual’s consent prior to sharing it.  
• In cases where more than one Referrer refers the same company, the Referral rebate will be provided to the Referrer who first submitted the referral information.
• Any tax liability or reporting obligations arising from referrals are the sole responsibility of the Referrer.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising from or related to the Referral Program will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Delaware. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Offer expires 12/31/24
