Account Page

This guide is designed to cover accessing your account page and the different options available once logged in

1. Accessing the Account page

Access to the account page is made through a browser
https://acc.linnworks.com/ (Fig 1.1)
Enter the registered Email and password (Fig 1.2)
Click Login (Fig 1.3)

2. Forgot Password

Click Forgot Password (Fig 2.1)
Enter the email address used to register the Linnworks account (Fig 2.2)
Click Send Reminder (2.3)
An automated email will be sent to the registered email address

3. Account Home Page

Once logged in a screen similar to Fig 3.1 will be displayed
The exact content will be dependant on the plan type subscribed to

The Account home page is split into the following sections, please use the links below for detailed guidance on each section
