Flubit Integration

Overview

Flubit is a platform that aims to offer buyers lower prices for the products they want to buy. Linnworks provides the ability to integrate with the Flubit Platform which provides you with following functionality within Linnworks:

  • Automatically download new orders from Flubit.
  • Mark items as dispatched on Flubit.
  • Adjust FBP's (Flubit Base Prices) and listings.
  • View, manage and dispatch Flubit orders.
  • Automatically adjust inventory levels, to ensure you never oversell based on sales through other channels.

Prerequisites

To integrate Flubit into Linnworks, you must have the following in place:

  • a Weflubit account which can be registered by going to https://weflubit.com.
  • An active Amazon channel setup within Linnworks.
  • Your Amazon Prices stored in Linnworks within the Listing Descriptions tab.
  • A Linnworks Anywhere database.
Please note, All refunds and cancellations of Flubit orders should currently be managed through the WeFlubit portal (www.weflubit.com). The ability to refund and cancel orders within Linnworks will be released as soon as possible.
