Hitmeister

This document describes how to set up Hitmeister integration within Linnworks. Here can find information about what functions Linnworks can perform while working with Hitmeister and how to configure this channel.

Setting up the Hitmeister integration

The Hitmeister integration allows the system to:

  • Automatically download new orders from Hitmeister
  • Mark orders as despatched on Hitmeister
  • Send out conformation emails to Hitmeister customers
  • Automatically adjust inventory.

To setup the Hitmeister integration go to: Settings -> Channel integration. From this screen you can add, delete and modify selling channels that you wish Linnworks works to integrate with.

Click the Add new channel button on the right of the screen to bring up the new channel selection screen. Click the “Integrate” button next to the Hitmeister Channel.

You will then be presented with the Hitmeister Account integration screen

  • Name – This is the name of your channel on Hitmeister or your reference to the channel
  • Access Key – This is the API access key that Hitmeister provides
  • Ident – This is the Identification string that Hitmeister provides to identify you as a seller.

The access key and ident can be found by logging into http://www.hitmeister.de/.

Go to “My Account” (Mein Konto)

Under “Additional Features” (Zusätzliche Funktionen) on the left, go to “Hitmeister API”

Once on this screen it will provide you with your Ident and Access key.

Click the Test button to test the integration, an error message will appear if anything is wrong with the details that have been entered. If OK you will be prompted with an all ok prompt.

Click OK to add this channel to the list of your channels.
