The Restore section of Database Utility lets you restore your database to a previous version. This can be useful if you have made an error in Linnworks and want to revert to a previous database from your back ups. When using the Restore function your existing database will be overwritten, so ensure you’ve backed up any data you wish to save.

To restore your database to a previous version you need to select which database back up you wish to restore. You can do this by clicking on the combo box, which will display a list of all previous database back ups you have made.

Alternatively you can click the button to the right of the combo box to navigate directly to the backup you wish to use.

Once you’ve selected the restore file, click the Restore Database button to begin restoring your database.
