You can create Purchase Orders from the Open Orders screen to facilitate Just-In-Time reordering. You can use this method to raise a Purchase Order for stock that you have sold but cannot ship due to insufficient stock levels.

Using the filters on the left side of the Open Orders screen you can view all orders that order items with an insufficient stock level. To create a Purchase Order for the stock items you require highlight the relevant orders, right-click and select Actions > Create PO for out-of-stock.

Clicking this will give you the option to create a Purchase Order or export to a CSV file for the order items that require additional stock.

Upon raising a Purchase Order for the out-of-stock items, the orders that were previously listed as ‘Oversold’, ‘Stock Level is 0’, etc will change to ‘Awaiting Stock’
