Overview

LinnLive has an extensive functionality to enable you to list your inventory to Amazon in bulk. The process is streamlined using Amazon Configurators which host common details of listings such as attributes, browse nodes and categories the listings will be submitted to. LinnLive uses Extended Properties to better define the product specification. Read more about Extended Properties here.

Basic Steps

  • Integrate: Amazon channel you are going to list on has to be integrated in Linnworks;
  • Map listings: if there are listings on your Amazon channel that were created outside of LinnLive, these have to be mapped with inventory in Linnworks;
  • Perform product lookup to see if the product is already listed on Amazon: if product description already exists on Amazon, it is generally recommended to add the advertised product to already existing product listing rather than creating a new product description;
  • If it does not exist, create Amazon configurator: configurator is required to be able to create listings using LinnLive;
  • Create single item listings or variation listings: these types of listings are created from different screens in LinnLive.

To Integrate Amazon into Linnworks you must have an Amazon Pro Account due to the requirements of working with the Amazon API
