FNAC Inventory Mapping

Overview

FNAC inventory synchronization allows you to synchronize your stock levels with FNAC listings. The feature is designed to prevent you from overselling on FNAC when an item is sold on another channel (such as Amazon, Play.com, Magento or any other type of web-sites). It also makes it easy to take control of your listings on FNAC so there is no need to adjust listings.

The system will perform the following tasks:

  • Revise the available quantity on FNAC to reflect your stock level
  • End listing/Close when stock level is 0.
  • Relist when stock levels increase again above 0

How to Use

To enable inventory synchronisation and link listed products on FNAC to Linnworks inventory:

Click Settings > Channel Integration and then click the Mapping button in the Inventory Mapping Column for your FNAC integration

A list of all the products from your FNAC account will appear in the grid on the left.

  • Confirm this action to let Linnworks match all unlinked items by SKU.

2. Manually link listings to Linnworks Inventory items. To do this :~

  • Select a product from the left hand side
  • Search the Linwworks Invetory using the search box on the right for the required product.
  • Once you have the relevant product Double-click it to create a link between the two items.

3.If any of the products don't exist in your inventory you can create a new product. to do this :~

  • Right click on the listing
  • Select Create New Stock Item.
  • Should you make a mistake during this process, you can right click a product and select Unlink to remove the inventory mapping.
