Returns & Refunds

If you've booked RMA or refund to be authorised later, it will be logged in the Returns & Refunds screen. This screen can be used to view, action, edit or delete previously booked returns, exchanges, resends and refunds.

Booked RMA (exchanges, resends, returns)

To find the RMA you need to manage, go to Orders > Returns & Refunds and find your RMA in the RMA Bookings tab.

Find your RMA by one of the parameters (RMA Header ID, Order ID, RMA reference, Order reference, Order tracking number, SKU, Customer Info).

Click View/Action button to view details of the booking, here you can update booking with new details if required and action it. Please Note! Updating RMA will save new changes but will not action it.

Actioning RMA will change the status of any parked RMA orders from parked to open and return/scrap any return items. Record about the RMA will be saved in the History tab. 

Deleting an RMA will delete any associated exchange/resend orders, and will not process any returns/scraps.

Booked Refunds

To find the refunds you need to manage, go to Orders > Returns & Refunds and find your refund in the Actionable Refunds tab.

Find your refund by one of the parameters (Refund Header ID, Order ID, Refund reference, Order reference, Order tracking number, SKU, Customer Info).

Click View/Action button to view details of the booking, here you can update booking with new details if required and action it. Please Note! Updating refund will save changes but won't action it. It will still have to be actioned later.

Clicking the View on channel button will open a new tab in your browser to view the refund directly on the source channel. This option will be disabled for unsupported channels.

Viewing your RMA and Refund History

You can view all your past RMAs, refunds, and cancellations from the History tab.
