The page that is opened has a drop down list with all the queries included in Linnworks listed.

Useful reports include, but are not limited to:

Query Parameters
Stock Sold between Dates (by Source) Specify Start and End date
Customers Specify Start and End date, can also specify Source and Subsource to focus on customers of particular channels.
Stock Items (no levels)
Stock Items (with levels) Specify Location Name
Stock Levels (select by category) Specify Category and Location
Stock Movement Specify start date, End date and Location

When you select a report from the drop down list, it will then update the screen to include any parameters you can specify to adjust what is returned, and the headings for the report, as above.

Parameters

Where you can specify parameters for the Query, they will be shown on the left, as seen below.

Once you are happy with any parameters you have set, or if there are no parameters to set, click on the 'Execute' button to run it. The report will then populate the columns ont he screen under the headings.

Export

There is the option to export the results of a query, either to a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file, or an Excel Spreadsheet, the buttons for these can be found at the top right of the Report form. Once the
report has been run, clicking on one of these buttons will open a window to allow you to specify where you want the file saved on your PC.

Custom Queries

There is also the facility to run custom reports, in the form of SQL scripts. These can be written for you by us as a chargeable service by our team, if you have a requirement that isn't met by the included
options. Please create a support ticket with all the details of the report you would like created, and we will contact you regarding a quote.

The last option in the drop down list is '<<Custom Script>>'. This, when selected, opens a window asking you to specify the location of your report, if it has been provided for you in a .SQL file. You can
select it, and then click on the 'Execute' button.

However, if you want to type, or copy and paste your script into Linnworks, click on the 'Cancel' button.

There will now be a line under the drop down, as shown above, that reads 'SELECT output='Please choose the file or edit the script by double clicking on this description'. If you double click it, as
instructed, it will open an editor window:

You can paste or type your script here, deleting the original text first, and then click 'Apply' when done to save it and return to the Query Data Screen. The 'Execute button will run the report you can
export the results of a custom report in the same way as any other report.
If you have any queries about a specific report, you can contact our support team via the appropriate channels for further information.
