Michele leads EU operations for Amazon Shipping, and is responsible for building delivery service operations with world-class efficiency, safety, and innovation. With 10 years' experience in Amazon Operations across the supply chain, he focuses on translating customer needs into operational excellence, anticipating market trends, and driving innovation and transformation across Amazon's network.

Michele has a degree in Aeronautical engineering and an MBA. Prior to Amazon, he led several offshore construction projects for the major oil & gas companies across the world.
