Reverb.com - Add New Channel Integration

This guide is a walkthrough of the steps required to integrate your Reverb account with Linnworks.

Prerequisites

Before integrating Reverb.com with Linnworks, you will need a Reverb account, which you can create on the website: www.reverb.com

Add New Channel

Quick Guide

  1. Go to Settings > Channel Integration
  2. Click Add New, select Reverb.com and accept Terms and Conditions for third parties developers 
  3. Enter your Account Name and click Next
  4. Tick the box "I agree to the terms and conditions" and click Next
  5. Enter your API settings for your Reverb.com active profile
  6. Click Finish. Your integration has been integrated successfully

Detailed Guide

  1. Go to Settings > Channel Integration
    • In Linnworks.net go to Settings on the side bar menu and then click Channel Integration
  2. Click Add New, select Reverb.com and Accept Terms and Conditions
    • On Channel Integration screen click the Add New button
    • Select Reverb.com from the list of Channels and click Next
    • Accept Terms and Conditions 
  3. Enter your Account Name and click Next 
    • Your Account Name. The name does not have to match with Reverb as it will be only for your own internal use
  4. As a Third party channel integration please make sure you Tick "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" and click Next 
  5. You will be asked to add your API settings for Reverb.com and Click Next 
    • If you don't have an existing account with Reverb.com, go to the Reverb.com site and register
      • Once registered follow the steps below
    • If you have already an account with Reverb.com
      • Log into https://sandbox.reverb.com/ and use your email address and Password to login.
      • Use your email address and Password registered and click Login.
      • Once you logged go to Profile and select Dashboard
      • Under Your Account > API & Integrations B you will find your Personal Access Token for Linnworks Integration .
    • Proceed to complete the API settings fields with this information
      • Access Token.Personal Access Token obtained from your Reverb Dashboard page 
      • Default Currency Currency that will be used for your downloaded orders (USD, GBP...)
  6. Click Finish. Your integration has been integrated successfully
