Amazon - Add New Channel Integration
This guide explains how to add your Amazon account to Linnworks.
To integrate Amazon into Linnworks, you must have an Amazon Pro Account due to the requirements of working with the Amazon API.
Linnworks allows integrating all Amazon marketplaces; if you have an Amazon Unified Account, you will need to set up a Linnworks channel integration for each marketplace you use.

Please Note! Amazon Brazil, Japan, Singapore and Turkey and UAE sites do not support listing functionality and therefore listing creation is not possible for these marketplaces.
To add a new channel:
- Go to Settings > Channel Integration > +Add New
- Select Amazon in the list of available channels
- Click Integrate
Now you will need to go through 3 steps Amazon Integration Wizard:
- Site - Amazon Marketplace, select from the drop-down list the one you use
- Merchant Name - This field will be used to identify the channel in the system and used as a SubSource
Next step will require you to log in to your Amazon seller account. Click the link Authorize Amazon; this will open up a browser and take you to the Amazon Sign-in page, log in using your Amazon credentials and follow the graphical guide below the link.
The final step will suggest downloading existing listings and open orders from your channel. Tick the boxes if you would like that.
Once the integration is finished you can edit channel settings to make sure Linnworks is acting as expected.
