Editing a Single SKU

Adding Channel SKU Entries

Please Note! Whilst it is possible to add a channelSKU on this screen, it is recommended to do all inventory mapping on the channel inventory mapping screens as some channels provide specific data that can only be retrieved through the Channel inventory mapping screen. Further information can be found in our Inventory Mapping documentation.

  • Click Add New
  • Add the required data
    • Enter the appropriate Channel SKU
    • Select the appropriate channel from the drop-down menu
  • Click Add
  • Click Save

Removing Channel SKU Entries

Please Note! Deleting an entry in the Channel SKU will also remove the mapping between Linnworks and the channel listing. This means that orders downloaded for this product will not be linked and no inventory information can be sent to the channel, which can lead to overselling

  • Click the appropriate entry to highlight it
  • Click Delete
  • Click Save

Additional Columns

Linnworks can provide additional information on what inventory data has been sent to a channel. Some channels will also return information on whether the submission was accepted, which is also shown in the additional columns. The max listed cell can be edited by double-clicking.

To toggle additional columns:

  • Click the  button
  • Click the item in the pop-out menu, it will be labelled either Show Additional Columns or Hide Additional Columns, as appropriate

Available Additional Columns

  •   button ( ( if applicable) - It will be available only for Items listed on channels that support multiple warehouses for a single account (ie. Jet.com). This button will display a sub-grid with the information on what has been sent to the channel for the different warehouses that have been configurated
  • Ignore Sync - Linnworks will not send a revised stock level to the listing if the available quantity in Linnworks changes for it's linked stock item
  • Max Listed Quantity - This is the maximum amount that will be submitted to the channel. If the stock level below this, the actually available stock level will be submitted
  • End When Stock -  This enables you to force the listing to end when the stock level gets to the specified amount as opposed to the default value of zero
  • Stock Percentage - This will send a percentage of the currently available stock level to the sales channel
  • Last Update Time - This is the timestamp of the last time Linnworks submitted changes to the channel
  • Update Status - This will show any information supplied by the channel. Commonly this will show Confirmed if the stock update has been accepted by the channel
  • Submitted Quantity - This is the stock quantity that was submitted to the channel
  • Listed Quantity - This is the amount of stock listed on the channel
  • Channel Reference Id - This is a reference number provided by the channel. For eBay, this is the listing ID

 Filters

Filters can be used for refining data displayed by column in a specific list.

To add a filter:

  1. Click on the funnel icon alongside the desired variable (column)
  2. Select the evaluation Condition from the drop-down list
  3. Enter the value to evaluate against
  4. Add a second evaluation condition if required using 'And' or 'Or' parameter
  • If 'And' is selected the filter will only match variable that meets both conditions
  • If 'Or' is selected the filter will match variables matching either one of the conditions

Sorting

Sorting is setting the display of a particular column in alphabetical order whether ascending or descending order.

This can be achieved by clicking on the header depending on the column requiring sorting. Multiple clicks will change the order from default > ascending > descending.
