Onboarding and training
For new accounts in Linnworks, we offer Onboarding and Implementation services, whether needed. If you are interested in this option, feel free to contact our Sales Team to discuss being signed up.
If there are only certain aspects or features within Linnworks that you would like to get to know better, then you can request a personalized training session with one of our agents.

Before contacting our Technical Support, please have a look through our Documentation, Training Videos and the Knowledge base in our Support Center under Solutions. Our Knowledge base is a compilation of best practices, how-to and solution articles covering most common errors and questions.
Any larger-scale issues with our own or 3rd party systems are reported in our Status Page.
You can raise a ticket in our Support Center. All raised tickets will be visible in the Support Center no matter their status. Our ticket queues are regularly monitored to identify and prioritize any system issues that are vital to your account, so our ticket system can be used for any priority level requests.
NB! Any general questions about features, functions, reports, etc should be raised as tickets rather than in our live chat or phone lines.
When in need of fast assistance with any issues or questions about the system, you can use our Live Chat functionality by clicking on the chat icon on the upper right of your Linnworks.net screen.
Our Support Agents will help you live on chat for simpler matters and questions. In case of a need for further investigation or escalation, your agent may raise a support ticket on your behalf to provide you with updates once available.
