Linnworks names Rebecca Keating new Head of People

[Austin, TX, July 27, 2022] — Linnworks, the world’s leading ecommerce automation platform, announced today that Rebecca Keating is joining the company as its new Chief People Officer. She brings more than 15 years of experience as a progressive HR executive, and she will oversee the global People function, including recruiting, developing workforce capability and culture and diversity initiatives.

Rebecca most recently served as senior vice president of human resources and a member of the global senior leadership team at TeamViewer, where she led teams in Germany, USA, Armenia and Australia. She also guided TeamViewer through a period of rapid growth that included a 2019 IPO and nearly tripling employee headcount in four years. 

Rebecca describes herself as “an inclusive leader who builds and develops talented teams, achieving results through effective collaboration with C-level and executive teams and internal business partners.”

“Over my career I have successfully implemented progressive people and talent acquisition programs to drive profitable growth in private and public companies internationally,” Rebecca said. “I have experience working internationally to lead and grow global teams and developing people management agendas that are culturally relevant and motivate employees and attract top talent.”

Rebecca earned her master’s degree in business and bachelor’s degree in applied science from the University of South Australia. She will be based in the London office.
