Customer Support


The role involves:

  • Delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Assisting customers with their questions and queries via phone and email.
  • Training customers on product usage.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge base.
  • Contributing to the development process ensuring that documentation is up-to date and testing new features.



  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • University degree, preferably in IT field.
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service area.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Ability to work in shifts. Service is provided 24/7.
