The Linnworks Support team is growing, and we’re looking for Technical Support Agent to join our team  in Tallinn, Estonia.

What you'll do:

  • Support customers via tickets, live chat and phone
  • Provide prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to our customers
  • Help customers get the most out of Linnworks
  • Proactively look for solutions to problems and propose improvements

  • You can take responsibility, make decisions
