eBay UK To Launch A New Sports & Fitness Hub.

In a bid to capitalize on the growing sports and fitness market in the UK, eBay have announced that they will be launching a brand new Sports & Fitness Hub to their UK site.

This hub is expected to go live on Thursday 22nd December 2016 and will generate traffic from Sunday 1st January 2017. While to begin with, it will focus on four key areas – Cycling, Fitness, Running and Yoga, throughout 2017 eBay are planning to add Golf, Football, Fishing and Equestrian.

This is an exciting move for the marketplace, as well as for eBay sellers who list in this vertical, as it will serve as another platform to specifically target this growing customer base, helping merchants to raise awareness of their products and grow their business. Specifically, eBay’s Sports & Fitness Hub will comprise of key categories, key products, promotional features, seller features and industry guides.
