Amazon Channel Integration 

Overview
This guide is a walk-through of the steps required to integrate your Amazon account with Linnworks.
Once fully integrated, Linnworks provides the ability to:
  • Automatically download new orders
  • Mark orders as despatched once processed
  • Send out confirmation emails to customers
  • List products for sale on Amazon
  • Update your listings with available stock levels
  • Automatically relist listings once stock becomes available
  • Download FBA orders and log when they are fulfilled
  • Download and track FBA stock levels

Feature Description
Integration method Amazon is a Direct channel integration that allows Linnworks to communicate with your sales channel directly using the API and lets the two systems work together as one seamless platform.
Support for this integration is provided by our Linn Systems Support Team
Order download When the channel is enabled new orders are automatically retrieved from the channel and saved ready for you to process from Open Orders
Order download location Allows you to select the Linnworks location that all orders for this channel will be assigned to. More details on Location mapping can be found hereNote: FBA orders will be downloaded automatically into your FBA Location
Order cancellations When an order is cancelled in Linnworks a failed status code is submitted to Amazon as a despatch note. Amazon treat this as a cancellation notification which will cancel the order directly on amazon and they will issue a full refund for the order
Order refunds Through the refunds functionallity within Linnworks it is possible to automatically issue either partial or full refunds that are created directly on Amazon
Order despatch When an order is processed Linnworks can automatically submit a despatch notification along with shipping details to the channel. To enable Despatch notifications please refer to the following guide
Inventory mapping Linnworks stock item can be linked to a live listing on a selling channel. This link allows information about the item to flow between Linnworks and the selling channel so that stock movements from Linnworks are automaticaly pushed to Amazon and downloaded orders automatically link to the correct Linnworks stock item.
Inventory level updates Changes in stock levels for inventory items that are mapped to listings on the channel, will trigger an update to submit the new stock level to the channel. Note: Linnworks only retrieves stock levels from FBA and will therefore not submit levels to the FBA warehouse
Inventory location Mapping Allows you to select which Linnworks location(s) to use to when submitting available stock levels for your MFN listings. More details on Location mapping can be found here.
Listing download Linnworks regularly scans your channel for new listings created outside of the Linnworks platform and downloads a record of the listing ready for direct SKU mapping via Inventory Mapping
Listing creation Use your Linnworks inventory to create new listings on your channel directly from within the My Inventory screen allowing you to use one source of information for your products.
Listing update Use Linnworks to push changes from your inventory to revise listings that have been created through Linnworks. 
Price change updates Channel specific price changes made in Linnworks will be automatically submitted to the channel to update the live listing
Payment Mapping Link the payment method used by your customer at checkout to a Linnworks payment method
Shipping Mapping Link the shipping method selected by your customer on your channel to a Linnworks shipping method to allow printing of the correct label.
