eBay integration

The standard Linnworks Order Management And Stock Control license includes direct eBay order book integration. The module directly links with your eBay account and downloads all new orders while brining in all the necessary information for printing postage label, invoice, despatch notes and recorder order details. Once the order is processed and despatched the system will mark the order on eBay as Despatched.

The additional modules for eBay integration:

Download and paste eBay pictures into the open order book
Get additional information for eBay item (combine item title with Category name and subtitle)
End listings if stock levels reached 0, or if orders in the order book will result in stock reaching 0
Relist sold items if still remain in stock

Amazon Seller Central integration

With Linnworks Order Management And Stock Control you can download orders directly from Amazon Seller Central and update inventory levels completely automatically, while synchronizing the inventory levels with all the other selling channels. The system will do the following for you

Download order directly from Amazon
Place all orders into the current order book and assign postage service
When an order is processed, fulfillment information will be posted to Amazon instantly improving your shipment efficiency record
Updates all inventory levels on Amazon whenever they change in the system
Download fulfillment acknowledgment from amazon for each order individually and keep the record for future reference

Integration With Royal Mail - Despatch Express and PPI

Linnworks is integrated with Royal Mail Despatch Express, the integration allows you to print Royal Mail Tracked, Recorded and standard 1st class labels direcly from Linnworks open order book by sending relevant information to Despatch Express from the system at a click of a button or automate printing of labels and production of manifest to handle postage automatically. Any tracking numbers produced by Despatch Express will be recorded in Linnworks and can be automatically emailed to your customer

Linnworks can automatically output order data customer for your shipping system like (DHL, FedEx, UPS etc) service to consume. Linnworks can then consume the resulting file back for tracking numbers and fees data (where applicable)
