You can view all available order details by double clicking on the order record in open order screen.
Find the order you wish to view details for in the open order screen (the same applies to Processed Orders screen)
double click on the order (or right click Viewer > View Data)
External transaction (from Amazon, eBay etc) would have some XML transactional data as well. To view transactional information:
Find the order you wish to view details for in the open order screen (the same applies to Processed Orders screen)
Right click > Viewer > View Transaction XML data
