Reorder low stock screen lets you create a purchase order in one click. The screen groups all stock items which have 0 stock or (approaching 0 if you include items currently in order book) by supplier name and lets you raise new purchase order

To access the screen go to Inventory Control > Reorder Low Stock

All stock items will be grouped by supplier, you can expend the group by clicking on the supplier name, the menu will drop down to show all stock items in the group.

Notes:

that only those stock items in your current, default location will be displayed
if a stock item is marked as Not Tracked it will not be shown in Reorder Low Stock
if stock item is bound to several suppliers, the stock item will appear under all relevant supplier groups
- stock item is added to the list if
- stock level is 0
- stock level is lower than minimum level
- stock level less quantity in open order is lower than minimum level

To raise new Purchase Order from group of stock items, click Make Purchase Order. All stock items in the group will be added to the purchase order automatically. If you need to delete some from the list, you will need to do it manually from New Purchase Order screen.

In order for Purchase Order to be printed you need to Make Purchase Order and then click Print on New Purchase Order screen.

Once the purchase order is raised, all stock levels will remain as is until the purchase order is marked as delivered (or in case of partial deliveries, the stock levels will be added for all delivered stock items). These stock items may still remain in the Reorder Low Stock groups until they are actually received and added to the stock level. You can see how many stock items are currently in undelivered purchase orders by analyzing Actual On Order column. In order not to raise the purchase order twice for the same stock item, click Purge On Order to hide all those stock items that are currently in open purchase orders from the group.
