This integration module allows you to download product images as listed on eBay for unlinked items. When this module is turned on the system will attempt to download product images from eBay listings for all items in your order book. It will only work if you have eBay integration set up. Also, please be aware that this is an optional module and may not be available with your license (available only for Professional version or a separately purchased module).
To set up goto Settings > Automation > select tab Stock Control > and select eBay Picture Service.
Set the option Picture service On.
There are several options switches available.
Redownload and overwrite images if they exists (Not Recommended) – the system will be redownloading and replacing all item images for all items in your order book every time you sync. This may reduce performance dramaticall (please note it normally takes up to 2 second per image). If this option is turned off, the system will be caching images for the same item titles and will not download the image if it already exists.
Download images for linked items as well (Not Recommended) – when order item is linked to the stock item, by default the system will not try to download an image for this item from eBay. To force the system to download it, turn this option on.
Insert image for stocked item if it doesn't exist (Recommended) – if an order item is linked to a stock item, and the stock item does not have a picture, the system will automatically insert the downloaded image as stock item image.
