The role involves:
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
- Assisting customers with their questions and queries via phone and email.
- Training customers on product usage.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge base.
- Contributing to the development process ensuring that documentation is up-to date and testing new features.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- University degree, preferably in IT field.
- Proven experience in a Customer Service area.

- Ability to work in shifts. Service is provided 24/7.
