How to print Barcode in the invoice, pick list table cell?



Any cell in the template table can be turned into a barcode. To turn a cell into a barcode

  • Edit the table in the template designer
  • Find the column you want to turn into a barcode
  • Click Style
  • Add New Style
  • Click Font (F)
  • And select font as 3 of 9 Barcode

 

Note: Align the text in the column to the centre and ensure it has a sufficient width to accommodate the barcode. 3 of 9 Barcode is rather long, however it scans very well even from a distance and in small font. Aligning to the centre is not a requirement, but if the barcode is aligned to the left or right, the column border may register with a scanner as part of a barcode and make it unrecognisable.
